How much does it cost?
There is a $15.00 food minimum for most orders. There is a higher minimum to out of zone delivery areas. Delivery fee scale is as follows:
$1.99 delivery fee for 0-2 miles from the restaurant to delivery address.
$4.99 delivery fee for 2-5 miles from the restaurant to delivery address.
$5.99 delivery fee for 5.1-8 miles from the restaurant to delivery address.
$6.99 delivery fee for 8.1-11 miles from the restaurant to delivery address.
$7.99 delivery fee for 11.1-15 miles from the restaurant to delivery address.
$8.99 delivery fee for 15.1-17 miles from the restaurant to delivery address.
If you are out of our delivery zone you will need to call the main number (570-629-3587) to place the order. Out of Delivery Zone Customers will be assessed an Additional $5 Gratuity due to the additional distance for our drivers. Please Note: We cannot deliver to customers over 17 miles away from restaurant.
For some restaurants, food costs are at a slightly marked up percentage based on the Restaurant Agreement with Hungry? We Deliver.
Is Gratuity for the driver include in my order?
Yes, Gratuity is included for all orders. A 15% auto-tip is inlcuded.
Is my order placed with restaurant as soon as you receive it?
Not always. We time the order so it is not sitting at the restaurant getting cold. We prefer having the delivery person wait a few minutes while the meal is completed.
How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We typically quote between 45 to 60 minutes for deliveries, but we strongly recommend large orders to be placed hours, days, weeks or even months in advance so you can secure your desired delivery time. During bad weather and peak delivery hours we cannot guarantee delivery times. Our drivers safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we thank you for your understanding.
What are my payment options?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and bank debit cards.
If you are paying with cash and have a bill larger than $20.00, you must either leave a note in your online order or call our main number (570-629-3587). Our drivers do not carry enough change to break large bills without notice.
What do you do with my information?
Your privacy is our primary concern. We will not share or sell your information with any outside person or entity. We store only needed personal information for order completion and direct contact with you in our secure and private database. Please remember your password as we do not have access to customer passwords.
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Because of our wide delivery range and number of restaurants, we do not allow multiple restaurants on the same order. However, you may still place two separate orders from two restaurants. The order minimum and delivery fee will apply per order. You can leave us a comment after placing your first order, letting us know that its part of a multiple order. This has proven beneficial when planning your delivery. Your separate orders may be delivered by separate drivers. We recommend either splitting the gratuity or treating each order as though it will be handled by multiple drivers.
Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh, and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call (570) 629-3587 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.
How do I know my online order has been placed?
All first-time online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure accuracy and to secure delivery times before they are processed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed online and a confirmation phone call is expected by the customer within minutes of placing your first-time order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we will not send your order to the restaurant. Once your account has been established, you can order online without having to call.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, call (570) 629-3587 and a manager will assist you.
I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
If there any problems with your order, you must call us within 5 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either re-deliver the missing/incorrect item, put a credit on your account for the next time you order, or refund the amount of the incorrect or missing item if order was paid for by credit card. If our driver has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct after inspection by restaurant, you will be charged for both items.
How should I order my Steak or Burger?
When ordering steak or burger, keep in mind that the steak/burger will keep cooking while in the delivery bag. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the wellness. For example, if you order a medium steak/burger it might be medium well to well done by the time it reaches you, depending on travel time.
Does the delivery driver check my order?
Your delivery driver will read the order to the restaurant staff, who already have a copy of their own. Restaurant staff prepare and pack your order. For health safety reasons, delivery drivers are not permitted to open containers.
Is my coupon/gift card to (Restaurant Name) valid to use with Hungry? We Deliver?
No. Only coupons on our website are valid with our delivery orders. Please dine in to take advantage of restaurant issued coupons and gift cards.
How do I add a special request?
Once youve added the item to your cart you can click the Burger Bars button next to your order then type in your special request. You can find additional information in the Help Section.
Please Note any modifications made to your order may incur additional fees at the restaurants discretion. For example, many restaurants charge a fee for extra cheese, salad dressing, or substitutions for side items.
Why dont you deliver for every restaurant in the area?
We have an agreement with the restaurants we deliver for. If there is a favorite restaurant you would like to see added, please contact the owner or manager of that restaurant.
